Welcome! We are Cincinnati's original custom luxury picnic experience. We specialize in creating the personal perfect atmosphere for a romantic picnic for two, a memorable moment for brunch in the park, outdoor movie experience in your backyard, surprise engagements, gender reveal parties or “just because” for a private intimate moment. We love to design and cater boutique picnics custom to you and your occasion. We believe the best parts of life happen when you gather around a picnic table with friends and family. We take care of the set-up and pack down, so all you have to do is arrive with your guests for a care-free, memorable experience. EpicPicnic rekindles the magical tradition of beautiful handmade picnics that turn any day into a special occasion.

Choose the perfect location from a park close by, in your backyard or home, off the bike path or a secret location chosen by us. Select a date, time and your type of EpicPicnic through our online reservation page. Feel free to email us any questions prior to setting your date and time.

Once we receive your online reservation, we will email you a questionnaire to fill out to make sure we add the special touches to your picnic. We will customize your EpicPicnic for your birthday brunch, engagement, first date, business meeting, gender reveal party, or other intimate touches to truly make your picnic epic.

On the day of your picnic, EpicPicnic will handle everything from coordinating the meetup, the setup and the cleanup. Your job is to show up, have fun and make an unforgettable experience. If you need anything during your picnic, we will be close by and ready to assist with anything. We want to make sure your picnic experience is perfect from start to finish.

Conveniently located right off the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail makes this perfect for a refreshing break on your nature walk or ride. After relaxing at your picnic, get back on the trail, take a stroll through downtown Loveland or skip rocks on the Miami River. There is accessible parking close by if you choose to drive straight to your picnic.
