Start by reserving a date and time via the online reservation system. The EpicPicnic Staff will reach out to you shortly after to confirm your Picnic Date details (Guest count, Location, etc). On the day of your EpicPicnic, arrive to your chosen location to enjoy a elevated picnic experience. At the end of your designated time, EpicPicnic staff will be there for your departure and to take care of the clean up and take down process.

The EpicPicnic Staff will reach out to you shortly to confirm the details of your picnic Reservation. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve requested date. Balance due must be paid in full 7 days before reservation date or reservation may be subject to cancellation.

We understand things may come up that are beyond our control! Please notify the EpicPicnic Staff if leaving before the expected departure time indicated on your reservation.
In the event bad weather is expected, we will do our best to move the picnic date to an alternate location or to an indoor setting or reschedule for another date. Refunds will not be given for weather cancellations.
We provide a list of locations and can re-create the EpicPicnic experience indoors, in the comfort of your own home and/or backyard.
